  Upon checking in the main desk attendant was fantastic. Very friendly, lots of advice on things to do, where to go, etc. The room was definitely smaller than it appeared online, but it was really modern looking and the bathroom although small was the best part of the room. A fire alarm was pulled at 4am which made the experience less.

  The smell when you walk into the room and the fact that you had to pay for breakfast whereas other hotels included it. The location is far from old qc

  Clean, pleasnant, efficient and helpful staff. Quick check-in, check out. All the services and facillities I needed. Near train station. Just on the outskirts of quebec city- easy access. Pleasant and peaceful decor. Good restaurant.

  Staff was very kind. Comfort of the room and the fact that they seem to have been renovated recently. They are a bit saml though. Very nice bathroom.

  The rooms, bed and bathroom were modern and pleasing to the eye.

  There doesn't seem to be any insulation for noise. It's as though the corridor is right in the room. For the quality of the room, the corridors don't seem to be part of the whole scheme. As well, there wasn't a top sheet, therefore one wonders whether the comforter envelope is changed with each different client.....I doubt that very much. Not enough bath towels, either.

  I appreciated the helpful staff & the fact they spoke English well enough to communicate. I loved the bed & pillows & comforter! The shower was neat & very relaxing. This was my first experience with an overhead shower head. Everything was fantastic & I was very pleased finding it on the internet, never having visited Quebec before. It was easy to get to the airport as well as to other locations on the city bus. I would recommend it to anyone.

  The staff is nice and they have a great restaurant, pricey...but a descent breakfast was offered for $10 before 11am.

  The Hotel gym was disappointing , The rooms were smaller then expected, and the outdoor pool is in the rear parking lot, which is not very aesthetically pleasing, however The building is relatively modern, clean and possible still under renovation, which might void my opinion.
